TMZ covered my recent trip to Hollywood. Apparently the cops are not happy with me recording them, so they are trying to twist into a story about the rights of celebrities.
And who better to toot that horn then Harvey, the guy who pays photographers to chase celebrities around and take pictures of them and their kids.
Does the right of a celebrity to sunbathe in their backyard(or a cop to get into a car) trump our first amendment right to record in public?
Stupid argument in my opinion. To record your backyard I would have to stand in the front. From 100 feet above I couldn't see what I was looking at anyway.
More importantly, there are already aircraft and cameras in the sky.
If anybody is invading privacy, it is the government on its citizens, and in every way possible. Your phone calls are not private, your emails, let alone if you happen to tan your tits in the backyard.
Privacy concerns should be directed at the government, not a guy who records the government.
Make sense?
Anyway, what I said in the video. Don't be distracted by the useless arguments presented here.
Record your local police. Send me a link to it.
Thanks.
