TMZ's Harvey Levin Dispels Rumors Involving Tracy Morgan Crash

Yesterday afternoon Kevin Roper, the driver of the Walmart truck which crashed into the car injuring Tracy Morgan and killing fellow comedian James "Uncle Jimmy Mack" McNair, was arraigned in Middlesex County Courthouse.



Roper was charged with one count of vehicular homicide and an additional charge of assault by auto. His bail has been set at $50,000.



TMZ's Harvey Levin chimed in to discuss the media frenzy surrounding Morgan's injuries and the stories that continue to develop like how Morgan's mom was allegedly blocked from seeing him in the hospital by his fiancée Megan Wollover.
