Here's how it goes...
30 seconds- Up and Overs (0:38) -- Simply start in a plank position and keep your feet together as you jump side to side.
15 seconds rest
30 seconds- Side to side shuffles (1:18) -- Touch your opposite hand and foot as you shuffle back and forth at a 45 degree angle.
15 seconds rest
30 seconds- High Kness (2:00) Run in place while bringing your knee towards your chest.
15 seconds rest
30 seconds- Apple Bottom Shakes (2:46) -- Run in place with very quick and choppy short steps.
4 sets sets total!
