Tips for people who are interested in building their own HHO dry cell. These ideas will make your dry cell run more efficiently and cooler. I will show a very nice dry cell built by a local mechanic named Aaron Hughes. His cell has 13 plates running 5 neutrals. The dimensions are 9 1/2" x 5 1/2" and the gaskets are 3/8" wide. If you want to build your own dry cell, this is a must see video.
