Turkish riot police teargas protesting health workers
Scuffles broke out between police and protesters in Ankara on Thursday when authorities attempted to disperse members of the Health and Social Service Workers Union (SES) sitting outside the city's Parliament building.
Gathering outside the entrance of the building, the demonstration was staged as the Parliamentary Planning and Budget Commission held a session on the Health Ministry's budget.
